Prem Rawat has accepted an invitation
to attend an event
on Sunday, 11th May, 5.00 pm in Calpe, (Alicante) Spain
An event for everyone who has been
shown the techniques
taught by Prem Rawat and for those who are in the Keys
process.
People from other countries are also
welcome to attend the event.

Registration information
|
|
|
Bearing in mind the great interest in Prem Rawat’s talks and the hall’s limited capacity (1000 seats), a web registration system has been set up to help provide an easy booking process and prevent last-minute crowds.
|
|
|
The time period to register via Internet starts on Friday 9th May (am) and will end when the seats are all full. You will find the link at the bottom of this page.
|
|
|
Seats will be assigned at random.
|
|
Event Access
|
|
|
In order to be admitted to the hall on the day of the event, you must show an entrance ticket with your assigned seat number. You will not be sent a seat assignment by e-mail on registering via internet. To receive your seat number you will need to visit the Registration table in the hotel lobby, and show your e-mail confirmation.
|
|
|
Registration desk opening hours: Saturday 10th :4.00 pm to 8.00 pm Sunday, 11th :10.00 am to 4.30 pm

|
To avoid last minute crowds we recommend you claim your seat tickets on Saturday, or on Sunday morning.
|
|
|
The doors to the hall will open 1 hour before the start of the event. To avoid delays and unnecessary queuing at the security check in the hotel lobby, we recommend you arrive in advance.
|
|
|
To guarantee your assigned seat, we ask you to be seated at least 15 minutes before the start of the event.
|
|
Donations
|
Maharaji offers us his time as a gift, without any financial reward. However, hiring the hall and event production costs have to be covered. You are warmly invited to contribute generously towards funding the event.As a guideline, an average of 90 € per person has been calculated as sufficient to cover costs. Please collaborate according to your own possibilities. Each of our individual efforts, united as one, will ensure that financing this event will also be a success. Your donation will be gratefully received, both in the registration process and during the event itself. Donations will be non-returnable, in accordance with current regulations.
In order to register via Internet as recommended, you are requested to make a minimum contribution of 20 €, by credit card.

Translation
|
|
|
During the event, simultaneous translation in Spanish will be available.
|
|
|
It must be booked in advance, clearly indicating so in the corresponding space on the registration form; if not, it cannot be guaranteed.
|
|
|
For this service, a contribution of 10 € is charged. Receivers and headphones can be collected in the lobby, at the tables situated next to the hall entrances.
|
|
|
Thirty minutes before the event there will be a test, so that you can familiarize yourself with the use of the receiver.
|
|
|
At the end of the event, please leave the receiver and headphones on your seat.
|
|
Assisted Access
|
Assistance will be provided to facilitate access for people with specific problems such as temporary or permanent disability.
We recommend you arrive at the hall with enough time to assure receiving appropriate seating and help. |
Event Admission
|
|
|
For security reasons, cases or large bags will not be allowed into the auditorium, so you are recommended not to bring them to the event.
|
|
|
Recording equipment, cameras or mobile phones with this feature are not permitted either, as taking photographs or audio/video recordings at any moment of the event is prohibited, except by previous permission.
|
|
|
This event will be filmed and photographed. As you might appear in publications or broadcasts compiled from the material recorded at this event, please note that your presence in the hall implicitly grants permission to use your image in such publications or broadcasts.
|
|
Attendance of children
|
Due to the event´s content, children will not be allowed to attend.
|
